Kyle Marshall
Kyle Marshall was born in Easton, MD and grew up in East New Market, MD. He has loved growing up on the Eastern Shore and has loved outdoors since he was a child. While growing up Kyle enjoyed hunting, trapping, and mowing grass! Therefore, he decided to start his own lawn care and landscaping business at the age of fourteen. He has been growing it ever since! In 2003 Kyle graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Kyle currently holds numerous certifications with the state of Maryland including the Home Improvement Commission and the Department of Agriculture (Pesticide, Fertilizer, Nuisance Management, Hunting). He resides with his wife Lisa and their hound dog Smithy in Cambridge, MD. Kyle is committed to his community, his customers and his employees.
Lisa Schnoor Marshall
Lisa is an Eastern Shore native. She was born and raised on a farm in Cambridge, Maryland. While she was in nursing school at Salisbury University she met Kyle Marshall, her future husband and owner of Marshall Property Management. After getting married Lisa furthered her education with a Masters degree in Leadership and Management from Regis University. Kyle and Lisa have settled down with their adopted hound dog Smithy in Dorchester County. Lisa enjoys working in and serving her Eastern Shore community.
Courtney Stubbs Schnoor
Courtney Stubbs Schnoor is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Born and raised in Caroline County, Courtney graduated from Colonel Richardson High School. She continued her education at Chesapeake College, while playing Varsity Softball for the Skipjacks, and graduated with an Associates Degree in Business. Courtney now resides in Cambridge MD with her husband Andrew and her chocolate lab Nellie.
Dawn Fritz
Dawn grew up in Frederick, Maryland and moved to the Eastern Shore with her husband Rick and their children in 2010. She brings with her years of experience in customer service and office administration. Dawn enjoys assisting Kyle and our customers to ensure a wonderful experience for all! During her off time Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, playing with her dogs, camping and crafting!
