Berlin is a historic small town of approximately 4,500 residents located five miles inland from Ocean City in Worcester County. Named “America’s Coolest Small Town” by Budget Travel Magazine, Berlin has reinvented itself over the past three decades as a destination community with a thriving downtown, preserved Victorian architecture, and a growing residential market that attracts both year-round residents and second-home buyers drawn to its proximity to the coast.
