We are a property management, landscaping, and land management company based in Cambridge, Maryland. We serve property owners, HOA boards, farm operators, and commercial clients across the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. This site exists to help people learn about our services and reach us when they have a property need.
What Information We Collect
When you submit a contact or estimate request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address or general location, and any details you include in your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our working relationship with you.
When you use the chat assistant on this site, your messages are processed to generate responses. The assistant is powered by the Anthropic API. Message content may be transmitted to Anthropic’s servers to produce a reply. We do not link chat conversations to your identity unless you choose to share identifying information during the conversation. We do not use chat transcripts for marketing purposes.
When you browse this website, standard server logs are created automatically. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for any web server. We use this information to monitor site performance and diagnose technical issues, not to track individual visitors.
We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party behavioral tracking tools at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your estimate requests, questions, and messages
- Schedule site visits and consultations
- Communicate about ongoing projects if you become a client

The AI Chat Assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an AI tool, not a live person. It can answer questions about our services, service area, and general property management topics. It is not able to provide binding estimates, access your account information, or commit to scheduling.
If you submit personal information through the chat (name, phone number, property address), that information may be transmitted to Anthropic’s API to generate a response and may also be captured in our lead notification system so we can follow up with you. Please review Anthropic’s privacy policy for information on how they handle data processed through their API.
Data Retention
Contact and estimate request information is retained as long as it is relevant to an active or potential client relationship. We do not have a fixed deletion schedule for business inquiry records, but we do not retain data for longer than is operationally necessary.
Server log data is retained according to standard server management practices, typically 30 to 90 days.
Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on a private server managed by our web team. We do not use third-party CRM platforms, email marketing services, or advertising networks that would receive your personal data as part of their normal operation.
The Anthropic API is used to power the AI chat assistant. Interactions with the chat assistant are subject to Anthropic’s data handling practices in addition to this policy.
