Sika Deer Management

Pure Eastern Shore. Sika deer are smaller than white-tails, have different seasonal movement patterns, and require specific hunting strategy. The Shore is one of the few regions where sika are hunted in any real number. We understand the property setup that works.

Access Road Maintenance

Hunting properties need year-round access, especially through wet shoulder seasons. We maintain roads, manage drainage to prevent ruts and washout, and keep access functional without tearing up the surrounding land.

For properties that are both farmed and hunted, we coordinate farm maintenance with hunting season calendars and habitat goals. This is more common on the Shore than it sounds, and it requires careful timing — field mowing schedules, food plot planting windows, and equipment movement all connect to each other and to the animals you’re managing for.
