The compact, modern plunge pool — clean lines in a small footprint that fits tight lots, beach-block homes and older Shore properties where a full-size pool won't go.

The Milan is the small-footprint pool, and on the Shore that’s not a compromise, it’s the right answer for a lot of lots. Clean rectangular lines, modern proportions, and a footprint as tight as 8 by 14 feet mean it drops into places a freeform pool can’t: a beach-block yard, a narrow side lot, or the back of an older property where the buildable area is already spoken for. It works as a plunge pool to cool off in, a place for the kids, and a strong design feature in a small space.
That makes the Milan the natural fit for the Delaware beach corridor — Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, Lewes and Rehoboth — where lots are small and every foot counts, as well as the older streets of Ocean City and waterfront cottages around Cape Charles. Where a big shell simply won’t fit, a Milan often will.
A compact pool still wins on the things that make fiberglass the right call here. It installs in roughly three to six weeks, so a beach house can be swimming by season. The Crystite gel coat resists algae and stays smooth, keeping upkeep low for a second home you’re not at every weekend. And the one-piece shell handles the sandy, high-water-table ground near the coast far better than a poured wall. Less water to heat and treat also means a plunge pool is cheaper to run, which matters on a rental or a weekend place.
The hard part of a small-lot pool is usually getting to the hole. Beach-block and in-town lots mean fences to work around, neighbors close on both sides, and limited room for equipment. That’s the excavation and site prep side of the job, and it’s where a one-team build pays off: the same crew that plans the access also sets the code-compliant pool fencing and lays the hardscape surround, so the small space comes out finished and tidy rather than torn up.
Pick a footprint below, choose a Crystite finish, and we’ll handle the access, the pool and the deck as one project.
Clean lines and modern proportions in a small footprint — ideal for tighter lots, older Shore properties, and beach-community homes.
