Excavation & site preparation — Marshall’s handles all excavation and site prep — grading, drainage planning, and access management across your property.

Latham pool installation — Certified Latham installation by our licensed pool installation partner. The shell goes in right, backed by Latham’s lifetime warranty.

Hardscape surround & patio — Pavers, concrete, stone — we design and install the complete pool surround, deck, and any walkways or retaining features.

Landscaping & finishing — Planting beds, privacy screening, lawn restoration, and any pergola or pavilion to complete the space.

Site Consultation

We walk the property, discuss model options, review site conditions and drainage, and talk through the full project scope.

Design & Estimate

You receive a complete project estimate covering pool selection, hardscape, landscaping, and all site work.

Permitting

We handle the permit process. Requirements vary by county across MD, DE and VA — we know each jurisdiction.

Installation

Excavation, pool shell delivery and installation, plumbing and electrical rough-in. Typically 3–6 weeks for the pool itself.
