Owner-operated by Kyle Marshall and Lisa Schnoor Marshall, we serve residential estates, commercial properties, HOAs, and waterfront properties across Maryland's Eastern Shore, Delaware, and Virginia's Eastern Shore.

Unlike franchise landscaping companies, every Marshall crew is our own. We hold full licensing in all three states — including Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (#105982), MDA Pesticide Business certification, and MDE Critical Area credentials for tidal and wetland-adjacent properties. No subcontractors. No out-of-state management.
